About Towards Healing

Towards Healing is a six-week guided group designed to support women navigating the grief of miscarriage. This space isn’t about fixing or moving on — it’s about tending to your story with care, curiosity, and compassion.

This is a small, closed group. The women who are there with you at the beginning will be with you the whole way through, creating a consistent and emotionally safe container for connection and reflection.

How it all works

Towards Healing is a facilitated peer-support space grounded in therapeutic journal writing. Each week is thoughtfully designed to support you as you move through themes of grief, healing, and self-discovery.

Here’s what to expect

  • Weekly Emails
    Each week, you’ll receive an email introducing that week’s theme, along with ideas to explore and a set of unique journal prompts. These prompts are crafted to help you engage more deeply with both the grief you’re carrying and the healing you’re longing for.

  • Journal Prompts
    Prompts come in the form of questions, sentence starters, reflections, and gentle invitations. While they’re tied to the weekly content, they’re also designed to give you freedom — to venture beyond, to reflect more broadly, and to discover what feels most meaningful to you.

  • Group Calls
    Each week includes a “drop-in” style group call. You’re invited to share your reflections, ask questions, or simply listen. Within the supported safety of your small group, you can explore anything that feels tender, unresolved, or ready to be voiced.

  • Private Support
    You’ll also have access to three private 60-minute calls with me. These can be used anytime during the six weeks, or in the weeks that follow — to unpack something deeper, receive one-on-one support, or simply be held in a space that’s just for you.
